Naddy3, you seem pretty sure that:
- even though she is vulnerable (facing eviction) and less powerful
- and despite her words,
you
know her mind - that she really wants you and consents. You are certain that you are not deceiving yourself regarding sex - probably the aspect of life with the most wishful thinking.
Suppose the lady in question used her phone (even on audio) to record her "No, No!" and then some sexual activity where she says "please, no, don't touch my ....". Then she went to the police - where would you stand against this evidence in court? - if you were a juror would you convict on this evidence?.
That's assuming she felt she did not fully consent or you were taking unfair advantage of her.
But if she was consenting and greedy (or needed money later), she could easily blackmail you by threatening to play the recording to your wife.
