While I wouldn't say it's filed with ENF content, it is a goldmine for Borderline H Nudity and it's a shame that only the first 6 volumes have been scanlated online (even worse that only 3 chapters have been fan translated in English excluding the licensed volumes).

UPDATE: I managed to learn how to rip from bookwalker thanks to a private DM, but it's still a bit cumbersome compared to ripping from amazon.jp. You still have to manually screenshot the covers of each volume since it only takes pages after the cover. It also saves the images in png format which is not ideal for reducing the file size and the numbering scheme is off for the first 100 pages so you have to use a program to batch rename those files to include the extra 0's (way too much work). In that time 13dl.to managed to finally upload the last 3 volumes yesterday albeit in a wide format (double page per image) so it's at least available now. I managed to upload the 9 volume in individual page images with the covers included, but they are still in png format so it's too big to upload onto this site's attachments. If anyone is brave enough to convert all images to jpg and re-upload it here then more power too you. Here's the link before it potentially gets taken down (remove spaces):
