Having a public erection is not prohibited, such things happen ...
But the difference between sexual exhibition and natural unwanted erection can be difficult to evaluate.
I suggest not to try your chance. Sexual exhibition in France (and Cap d'Agde Naturist Village is no different) is punish up to 1 year in jail, 15000€ fine and enrolement in the national file of sexual offenders.
