It might be more than just social networks censoring pictures of nude art class models. Post pandemic there may not be as many females posing for art classes.
I recently noticed this on the catalog of fall courses for an active community art school:
"While every effort is made to secure both female and male models, we cannot guarantee an even ratio. Currently there is a low supply of female models."
This art center is one of three that provides life drawing classes in an upscale county of nearly one-million residents across the river from NYC. You would think that they would be able to find a handful of females willing to model.
I've also noted a lack of advertising for art model jobs in the broader region. And, since the pandemic started there have been few new art class model pictures available online from anywhere so i wonder if this has been a global change that will be lasting?
