Being visibly aroused is common on the swinger/lifestyle part of the beach as well as the various sex clubs around the community.
While arousal, of course, happens at other times -- as Cap d'agde is a family friendly community (outside the lifestyle places) it's best practice to cover yourself with a towel, etc. You can be fined, removed, or even jailed for sexual conduct in public in Cap d'agde.
