I've never done it to anyone, other than playfully at home with my wife. But I asked her and she said it did happen to her when she was about 20-21. There was a group of girl friends she hung around with, though the way she described them was more like frenemies, lol. She had some sort of falling out over something with them, she didn't get into, but after a while it seemed to go back to normal. They started hanging out again one day, and they went out to eat, get some drinks etc and just hang out that night.
One the way home one suggested they go to the lake with some wine. They got there, drunk a bit and someone said they should go swimming. She pointed out they were in jeans etc and had no swimsuits and another said they could go skinny dipping since no one was around and it was miles from anywhere. They laughed and agreed, and being competitive the girl said they should bet, everyone put in the pot, then they'd see who could strip, swim across and back fastest, they did,, and my wife said when someone yelled "go" she stripped faster than ever and ran as fast as she could and started swimming. About half way across, she looked back to see if anyone was close, and they were all standing fully dressed on the bank, with her clothes gathered up. She yelled what was going on, they just laughed and said she should have known better than think it would be so easy to make up, and then told her to have fun getting home.
She swam back as fast as she could, but they were already in the car with her running after. She said she felt really embarrassed about being tricked, but had to walk all the way home fully naked.
