Just an observation, but women don't know how to wear stockings the proper way, anymore. They're either too long or too short. If they wear a garter belt, rather than sitting high up where it belongs, it's slung low on the hips like a gun belt. And the garter straps don't go over the panties, they're supposed to be under them (though I do think they look better over them).
