I have a longtime friend who ALWAYS claimed modesty and said she did not like to be seen naked. But would often claim to be drunk after a single shot, so she had an excuse to show her body off, or would suggest playing truth or dare with me and another male buddy of ours, so she would be dared to take her clothes off and could always claim that a dare is a dare. And while in the middle of the dare she'd always pause, or have a question, or pretend to be confused, so she could prolong her nudity. Once she was dared to do 10 pushups wearing only a thong in front of us. She stopped after 5 (even tho she was doing them on her knees) and said she needed to rest before finishing the last 5. No doubt an excuse to prolong her lack of clothing, because she was in fact a high-level athlete and could do pushups no problem. I've seen her naked more times than I can count, and it was always under the guise of "truth or dare" or "I lost a bet" or "I'm so drunk." Just to clarify, she was one of those rare people who could drink 12 shots and not even be buzzed. No joke, she was a beast. She did not get drunk, she just liked to claim that she was drunk so she had an excuse to get naked.

A girl I dated (short-lived relationship) used to claim to be modest, but would rarely wear clothes when she was around me. She was walked in on by somebody once, while topless, and didn't cover up or flinch or anything. And once, in the middle of the night, I needed to go home cuz I had work the next day. She, still naked, put my jacket on to cover up, walked me to her front door, stood on her own front porch, then said "Oh, don't forget your jacket" and took off the jacket to hand it to me. She stood there on her porch naked with a smile on her face. I took the jacket, wrapped a hand around her waist and kissed her (to prolong her public nudity) then was on my way. She waited on her porch til I got to my car and drove away. It was the middle of the night so no one was there, but it was very open and anyone could've seen her.

Also my now wife has always claimed to be too embarrassed to show her body, but she gets horny when she's embarrassed or degraded or humiliated. Knowing this about herself, she'll often put herself into an embarrassing situation, wear a skirt with no panties, or flash me in public, because she knows she'll get embarrassed, and then that'll make her horny. It's especially apparent when she's drunk. I was once on a camping trip with her, and she got drunk, clearly in the mood at 1:30 at night. To get herself more in the mood, she stripped naked, then stepped out of the tent. She didn't do anything, she just stood there, but it was out in the open with lots of other tents. She's gone streaking through parking lots in the middle of the night as well. She may like the RISK of being caught naked better than actually being seen naked, Idk, lol.
