No, it's almost certainly not her. She once said in an interview that she didn't appear nude in the film because she was going through a divorce at the time, and she was afraid it would have a negative impact on her case (there were child custody issues, I believe). Otto Preminger (the director) made a snide remark about her not having a good enough body to do the nude scene. As far as I know, Dyan Cannon has never done a nude scene, which is pretty rare for an actress from that time period.
