Summer Walker BET Awards
So Summer Walker went, to all intents and purposes, topless at the BET awards. See tiny url 5n7423aa. I am surprised she was allowed to do this. It is certainly contrary to FCC rules. However, now this bridge has been crossed, IMHO, we may well start see more breasts on US TV. The envelope is being pushed.
