I've been lucky enough to know several women who got a thrill from being exposed, and they all relied on plausible deniability to maintain their reputation in (usually) your eyes. The BEST time to explore their feelings about being seen has been during the amazingly enthusiastic sex that follows their being seen.
Bring it up in a casual and fun way while they're getting close to orgasm, and the truth almost always comes out. "I bet that guy at the beach today wasn't expecting to see ...but I think I enjoyed it as much as he did!"
Giving your approval first makes it easier for a woman to admit she liked it too- you've told her she won't make you mad or jealous, but you thought it was fun, or daring, etc. Frequently they'll indicate agreement with a huge moan, or immediate orgasm, or a smile, laugh- you get the idea. Once there's a fun memory you share it's easier to bring it up again, say you can't wait for the next time that "accident" repeats itself or something similar.
