It looks weirder on photos than in real life, because in real life he probably either just got dressed or will undress in a minute. I sometimes arrive at the beach in heavy, protective motorcycle clothing, which must look even weirder. Given how the heat inside that outfit builds up when there's no wind from the ride to cool you down, you have excellent motivation to get naked quickly though.
