She is underage in the photo. I know because she is my wife (married her in 1989) and I've complained many times before to so many websites about the photo. She was engaged when she was in HS to her older next-door neighbor who took the picture. They broke up the next year and he later scanned and posted it years later. When he took it, she had not yet turned 17 and in Florida she was still considered a minor back in 1978.
The last time I checked on Pimeye, that picture is on over 10 million computers across the world and it's impossible to remove them from all of them.
