My wife is very much the same way. She wears pjs that cover most of her skin, but they are extremely thin and revealing, and when she bends over it's a complete show. She also has pjs that are rather conservative albeit with shorts that are loose, and she also shows a lot of her wonderful vulva when she sits down.
She must be aware because she will also run and put a bra on if people come over, and she will take the shorts off and put on the matching pants instead.
But other times she will remain braless and in shorts, bending over, sitting so there is a view up her shorts, etc.
And it's not because of the person...she will rush to put on a bra or not put on a bra around the same people. Just depends on her mood that day, I guess.
I remember the very first time, about 20 years ago, when she walked over to her sister's apartment (same building as us) to see her sister and sister's bf about something. My wife ALWAYS would wear a bra around them, but this day she went over braless in pjs with enormous arm holes, giving them both a show. But that was the one and only time she was braless around her sister's bf. I found it fascinating.
Most women seem confusing like that...not wanting to let anything show one day, then being super careful the next, and careless again later, while around the same people and scenarios, so it's not because of the people around.
I remember the first time we vacationed with my wife's family, all in the same cabin. My wife's sister would be so concerned about nothing showing, even wearing a bra under her pjs, just to come out of her room the next morning in her same pj top and braless with her extremely long nips pointing at us, and she stayed braless in her pj top the entire day until dinner. Then she got cold so she put on a thick hoodie and a bra.
