Years ago I was referred to a woman who is about 10-12yrs younger than me. She was in need of an apartment. I was a realtor and I might be able to help her. I never was in that regard. I know she cleaned homes on the side so when we moved to FL I asked if she could clean our house.
My wife was already in FL and I was finishing packing the house so she cleaned the house. I threw her a few extra bucks for a tip....like 50 on top of whatever it was to do it.
