Try this work around...
Open up the image to the largest size by left clicking on it, then right click your mouse and select 'inspect' at the bottom of the drop down box. The page splits and you will see a link on the right hand panel starting with
//live.staticflickr.com...etc. Right click this link and select from the drop down menu 'open in new tab'. This should open the image in a new browser and you should be able to right click and select 'save image as' in the normal way.
It still works for me every time.
