The reaction is a bit over the top but I enjoy how she does it and her bra is too tight for her boobs. The scene ends with her getting caught by the news reporters who were waiting outside the elevator. You can even see the movie over at Youtube, it's at 57:50 and there's another one where her top falls while not showing her boobs the ENF is kinda nice.

Great scene! There's also a similar one at 9:35 when she's playing violin in front of a crowd and the strap at the top of her dress opens, exposing her with no bra. Sadly it's hidden nudity but still a cute scene.
