I could be wrong, but my instinct tells me this photo was either a video still or from a really bad first generation digital camera or cell phone... That being said I think the girl here is beautiful and the camera did her no justice. Now that this photo is enhanced I wonder if perhaps the girl pictured might come across it all these years later and be taken back by how beautiful she really was when it was taken now that she can see herself without all that camera noise.
