This is from an artsy bondage film staring Kimberley Pope called The Love Object. Pope plays a ingenue who gets captured. Back at the bad guys' lair she's stripped down to her tight white push-up bra, slip, and then panties. The baddies make a huge show of ripping off her blouse too. I would assume the original source was a VHS tape, so not the greatest quality in the world. But it'd definitely be a movie worth remastering and rereleasing.
