This clip is from a longer highlight reel of skirts getting blown on the Empire State Building. It is from the tape trading days...easily 30+ years ago!
Somehow it has never resurfaced on the internet. It is an
amazing collection...dozens of girls flashing their dorky 80s panties and having a good laugh about it.
I think because of renovations over the years it doesn't get as windy up there anymore.
