I was busted once for taking buttcrack pics, but the case was dismissed because it was on a public street in plain view of everyone. The lawyer said it was a 1st Amendment issue.

But, I got my face on TV and the media tried to make it sound as if I was sticking my camera under womens skirts. They even ran a segment after they reported about me where they interviewed women at a public event and asked them if they had heard about upskirting. And I had never even attempted an upskirt, every pic I had ever taken was of things anyone on the street could see.

Bottom line, they decided to try to prosecute me, I had to post bail and spend $2000 on a lawyer just to prove that no law had even been broken in the first place. So, no....it's not really worth it. If you are the least bit uncomfortable with it, don't do it.

There was a guy here that was posting pics he took at school of girl's thongs, and there were guys encouraging him to go take more pics. The one's wanting him to post more were risking nothing. This guy was risking his reputation at school and possibly having to pay for legal defense if he was ever busted like I was. I could not, in good conscience, ask someone to put their ass on the line just so I could get a cheap thrill looking at the pics.

It's worth knowing your legal rights if you want to take your own pics.
