The comic Fistful of blood with art by Simon Bisley focuses on a nude woman who shows up in a western town full of supernatural monsters. She eventually gains clothes, though spends a large amount of the comic nude.
The interesting thing is, the comic was colored and re-released a few years ago and all the nudity was removed. Here's some comparisons. I'll share more uncensored art from this book at some point, it's super fun.
