Unfortunately DailyMotion keeps changing their code and when I last checked, you had to be logged in to view the videos, so I have since removed them.
I also made something today that some people with sites might be able to use. It is not exactly TOS related, but you can use it to display your favorites or search by a tag (which could be tos related). Check it out here:

As for the tos site, the chat got a bit of an update, and there are a couple tools that have been added, but not too much new. If you are looking for information on old YouTube Video IDs, you may try the new YouTube Indexer tool which has been storing video information for a few weeks now. Unfortunately anything older will probably not be in the database because it will have been deleted by the time I even made the script.
