I've never gotten there, although I know a few mother daughter combinations where there is at least the theoretic possibility of doing them both....together would be the ideal fantasy, but separately would be pretty good too. In any case, like Mrs Robinson and Elaine in the Graduate, it's a persistent fantasy.
