Looking at an all time thread (looker33"s archive, which he graciously posted), I found some Latin American prank videos that I cannot find elsewhere.
This on in particular is one that was on YouTube years ago. Both clips are extremely short and pretty low quality. The show is called "Lente Loco". Would love to find the original clip
