It's elementary, My dear Watson.
First: The TV set was familiar so I checked it on a Hungarian eBay like site. Also the suncreme is clearly Nivea which is a very popular brand in Hungary.
Secondly: The girl is lying not on a sandy beach but an artificial one made of stone and concrete. When she is standing the mountains in the background is really baren. Hungarians like to go to the sea on vacation. Nearest destinations are Italy (mostly Veneto) and Croatia. In Veneto the beaches are sandy, so it must be Croatia.
