Don't know Russian either, but I was able to deduce that the show is called ДОМ-2 (or
Dom-2, literally "House 2") and this was a contest of some sort related to the show called Человек года ("person of the year"). There's a
Youtube playlist with 12 of the shows, but I think the ENF on this show (the 7.11.2021 show) is unfortunately a one-off because I saw nothing else on the others. But maybe someone can find more with this information...
