The person dressed as Frank is Tim Curry. Yes, THE Tim Curry. He had blonde hair during that production. I thought I'd seen every original RH image out there, never seen this one. So enjoy a glimpse at history here, folks.
Which means the actor playing Brad is Christopher Malcolm. You might know him better as Rogue Two from Empire Strikes Back (the guy who found Han & Luke on Hoth).
