SD card failed
This happened just a few months ago. Wife and I were out having dinner, and afterwards as we were walking around a little lake I snapped a few pics of her and I got this SD card failure message.
However, what sucked was that I was due to go on a business trip in a few days so we decided to go to the Verizon store which was just right across the street. My wife was on a mission to get my phone fixed! I always keep a favorite picture on my phone of her, and she doesn't care though it does get tricky sometimes.
Anyway, so we go into the Verizon store and several people were trying to help us fix the phone. Of course I had to give them my phone and this is what they saw. I could tell they were a little shocked, and keep in mind that my wife also had on a see through top like she often does. So we got quite a few grins.
After that, they said they didn't have any new SD cards so we walked to the Bust Buy which was also nearby. Same thing, I had to keep giving up my phone to the tech's. Below are some screenshots of what they saw, and a picture from the lake and shirt she was wearing. Wife was unfazed, she was on a mission to get the phone fixed. And we got it fixed finally at Best Buy!
