Yes to the second question. Several years back, after much badgering and begging from me, my wife agreed to do a boudoir shoot. She's such a hottie I thought it would be amazing to see her truly made up and in the hands of a professional photographer, as opposed to my usual fumbling with a camera or cell phone.
When she agreed I set about locating a local photographer who would agree to do nudes (surprisingly easy), and arranged a time for the shoot. We picked out a couple things for her to wear which were certainly revealing but not technically nude (black teddy, purple boy shorts, etc). I also made sure to get a male photographer to enhance the enjoyment of the situation.
Once we got to the studio that evening, he had a nice setup arranged with a red satin sheet on a bed and some candles. She came out of the dressing room in her teddy and he proceeded to get her relaxed and started taking pics as she posed. It was amazing to stand aside watch as she posed, and i think having some form of clothing on allowed her to preserve some conception of modesty in her mind, even though she was variously showing him her pussy, tits, and from every possible angle.
As the shoot went on she changed into a couple different outfits, and each session got a little more risque. It was clear she was enjoying herself and feeling very comfortable with him, so when we both suggested to her that we do some nudes, she didn't hesitate in the least. She stripped down every last stich and proceeded to expose herself to his camera in every way possible. I noticed as he got closer to her with his camera he was definitely sporting a tent in his pants, which was a nice compliment. I never expected she'd get fully nude for him but I'm really glad she did!
A couple weeks later he sent us the pics and they turned out fantastic, as you can see in these examples. Haven't done it since, but it was certainly fun and went great so maybe I'll suggest another shoot...
