[Bounci]

This video clip I actually found some time ago on You tube. It's from someone's originally recording, as occasionally the picture flares up, but it is from the US TV series of Harper Valley PTA from 1981-82. It involves star Barbara Eden running outside to get the paper in her underwear before anyone sees her, only for the door to shut behind her. (Who'd of thought that would of happened?) Anyway, while trying to get back in unobserved, she is discovered by the town mayor coming home drunk. Barbara covers herself with the newspaper, leading to the mayor to quip "That's the best news I've read all year - but I'd like to get a better look at the sport's section!" leading to Barbara looking down embarrassed at her body. The mayor agrees to help her get in through a window, but unbeknownst to Barbara every neighbour is now glued to their windows and outside observing every move she makes. Oh, the shame!

As for Barbara Eden, she is best known for her TV series I Dream of Jeannie from 1965 to 1970, and remarkably she is still going strong at 90 (she'll be 91 in August).
