It depends on some of the stuff left out, I’d say. The girl blacked out, but that doesn’t equate unconsciousness. Most of the time people this drunk can still somewhat cooperate and interact, so we don’t know how she actually acted in the situation. She might have been more cooperative than she realises now, which would make it way less creepy.
Also, it’s implied that he somewhat took advantage of her and washed/touched her in intimate areas, but we don’t know that. She might just have had a hosing down and a hair wash, or she took care of some of it herself.
Taking advantage of her in any sexual way would be a serious offence in her state, but undressing her and cleaning her up is the right thing to do, IMO.
If she was actually unconscious I doubt he’d be able to do all that, and if so it would have been very reckless to not seek medical assistance as she could have had severe alcohol poisoning.
My view is obviously affected by having seen many of my female friends in various state of undress already, it’s not that a big thing in Scandinavia, and I’m also from a generation where we were more relaxed about these things than seems to be the case now.
