Sally Field ENF from the film; Surrender. Armed robbers force dozens of people at a charity event to strip naked. They're then tied up so the thieves can make their escape. It may not look it, but this film is a comedy. There's no actual nudity from Sally Field, but there's quite a bit from the background extras. Unfortunately, it's a pretty difficult film to find.
