Having only just noticed this thread, I thought I'd add my own of one who reminded me of an actress I remember growing up (now long retired, sadly). This pic looks so like Florence Hoath, a British actress who came to fame in Fairytale: A True Story (1997), and later notable roles included The Cazalets (2001), soap opera Family Affairs (2005) and most notably of all Doctor Who (The Empty Child) (2005) (pic included below). It's too much to hope it was her, but you can see the similarities. Enjoy.
