Here's the thing: photos seem to get more thanks than videos (more people seeing the former for free being more inclined to thank than those who pay for the extras like videos? I dunno), and more people open than thank either sort of submission. I figure 10 views/ 1 thanks is an outstanding ratio, 20-30 to 1 pretty typical, and 50 to 1 is where it's starting to get annoying. With that said, however, the most-thanked post I ever had still was at a ratio of over 50/1, so it's got to be up to each of us when it's just not worth doing; if you think those ratios are bad, plenty of times I've had links as in Free Sites with several hundred downloads to each thanks. Now that makes me less than best pleased, even after deciding some time ago I wouldn't care about any of that stuff any more!
