Where did the slide referring to Martha Smith giving an "in-depth" description of her famous scene originate? I would love to read it.

I read somewhere this scene was supposed to be a catfight between her and Mandy ending with Martha being stripped. They were operating on a shoe string budget so they cut the scene out and this is what ended up in movie.
