Quick update - so I had a few drinks yesterday, and then saw the neighbour in the back garden when I got home. Feeling a bit braver, I started showing him some pics again, but then left him with my phone, telling him i had to just run indoors. I'd put some new pics in with the ones of our building works, including one of my wife in the shower, showing everything.

When I came back, his face was bright red, and I asked him what he thought of the pics (i'd left him looking at a pic of a new kitchen unit!), and he commented about how much he loved the shower!

I then went inside to check out our security camera, and he definitely made sure he had a very good look at the other pics that I had there. Might have to try to show him a video next!
