I started asking Mrs NoShoCo to go topless on our honeymoon cruise when I noticed they had a topless deck on the ship. No luck. Finally ten years ago I got her to go to nudist resorts instead. I still have only gotten her to go topless once, on Shell Beach in St. Barths (ironically it was on a nude cruise, but we didn't want to walk all the way to the fully nude beach). She will go to dances at the nudist resort wearing a see-through half-sarong tied around her waist, so I guess that might count as going topless.
As far as showing her off fully nude on holiday, most of the time it is at a nudist resort, beach, or cruise so not really showing off as much as joining in. We did go on a regular cruise to the Greek Islands a couple of years ago and took a standard shore excursion to Elia Beach in Mykonos. Not a nude beach, but nudity is allowed in at least part of most beaches (and the cruise line was nice enough to warn everyone that they may encounter nudity on this shore excursion). I got Mrs NoShoCo to go nude on that beach and walk part way back to the center of the beach, knowing others on our cruise would be on the lookout for the promised nudity and might see us and recognize that we are on the same cruise. Never heard anything at dinner the rest of the cruise. We also spent a day at the nude end of Orient Beach on a regular cruise, but never heard anything at dinner for that one, either. People on our cruises need to learn to pay better attention!
