A few years ago, I owned a rent house that was next door to my house. The neighborhood had 2 ½ acre plots so there were very large yards for each house. Between the two houses, the house I lived in and the house rented out had semi-privacy. The rent house had fairly good privacy in the back yard but I had a good view of the back yard of the rent house if I stood in a certain spot in my back yard.

He was very up front to say he was a nudist and he was interested in the property to hold nudist events and asked if that would be a problem? I said as long as no one broke the law there would not be a problem.

Without going into detail about what would be against the law I will just say they had to use common since to be able to do their events. What was an event? Let me give you a few other details before getting to the main story. In the 4-bedroom house he rented out the other rooms to other nudists. In doing so he made more money than the rent he had t pay me. As it turned out, his renters were always young pretty women in their 20s. Then, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night he had these events where People would pay him to come hang out at his house naked. These events were labeled on a calendar online a few weeks in advance. For instance, like movie night, board game night or jam night where they would bring instruments and play music and Twister night. There was always something going on. At every event about 10-20 people would show up.

Every once in a while, he had cook outs and they would grill out in the back yard. Of course, not all of the nudists were pretty people but it was interesting enough for me to want to get a look. And his pretty young renters were always present. It didn’t take long until they invited me over to an event. It was going to be a game night and we were to play cards against humanity and pot luck dinner. Before getting there, I had to understand the rules. The ruses were; I had to bring a personal towel to sit on. There was no sex or even talking about sex ☹. No drama and no insulting anyone even in good nature. Last rule was Clothing was optional but in order to participate in any of the games or activities I had to be nude. I said OK and came over for the event.

After getting there, it took me a little while to get nude. But I noticed how when people came over how as soon as they walked in the door they were jerking their cloths off and would be nude in less than 30 seconds of being there. About 10 people were at that event and after getting to know a few people it didn’t take long until I was asked if they could hold an event at my house for use of my swimming pool. I agreed and was told I could keep the money for the event for holding the event at my house. A week later I had the event at my house we had the nudist pool party. I was paid $15 per person and 31 people showed up. There was a little of everything there; old, young, pretty and everything in between. I was just happy to see his renters. But there were a few other young hotties there also.

As it turned out I met one of the young hotties at this event. She was 29 years old had this body that really got my attention.
