I saw this someplace too. There was a story about how the guy would climb a tree to get the view.
He said the tree got cut down and that was it. There's a few more videos.
Can't believe I just found all of these. Sadly, it seems like the window shots aren't as popular anymore.
I think the quality would be much better now with newer cams and higher upload limits.
