Actually Haulover is the only 'official' nude beach. South Beach is topless. There are some others where folks take their chances. Most times law enforcement will tell you cover up, but some get a bug up their butt if they catch you sans clothing. There is even a law that thongs are not allowed on the beaches in State Parks.

Actually, Blind Creek beach is official now and even though I don't think the north end of Playalinda is "official" there is a large sign that says something along the lines of "You may encounter nude sunbathers at boardwalk 13" which sure seems like permission.
