Apollo
I know this thread has been dead for a while, but I thought I'd update it.
Over the Covid months my wife and I have really started enjoying nude beaches. Don't know if the "covid lockdown" had anything to do with it, but our new-found "hobby" coincided with it.
Anyway, we are from Orlando (I'm mid 50s, Carol just turned 50) and we've dabbled in nudity over the 30+ years we've been together. Normally, it'd be the occasional topless (and even more infrequent, nude beach) on vacation in foreign countries.
In early 2020 we started hitting Apollo beach (Volusia county, Florida).
Southrn500 and ABFJV are accurate.
My wife and I go to Apollo almost weekly now. The enforcement is pretty lax now. So long as you're not sexually acting out, the rangers leave you alone to do your own thing.
Parking is an issue as there are only 35 spots at lot 5 (The naked section). On the occasions that Lot 5 has been full (it's WAY too far to walk to the Nude Section) we park at lot 4 and walk about 1/4 mile and get as naked as we like. There are usually other "Nudies" there too.
