Looking through Brazilian nude beaches eventually got me to Praia do Pinho, which has the same silhouettes and rock features at either end of the beach; see youtube.com/watch?v=6o_RoCHdC5c for confirmation (not to mention that there are occasional glimpses, some of which need to be watched at .25 speed, of the woman with the videographer!)
