The timeline was a bit tough to track but I read this whole thread. It was awesome! Thanks for all the details.

It made me really think about my neighbors daughter who always use to come over when I was in the garage doing stuff. She was a HS senior so I would never be alone with her but her flirt game was ridiculous. She was about 5’5, blond, pretty, and had a super athletic figure (think tight stomach and muscular legs and ass). Her parents were very wealthy and they had an awesome house with party pool (we lived in a very cold place so having a huge pool and party area was VERY rare). They had parties pretty much 4 days a week during the summer. One night everyone went skinny dipping. My wife and I were both home and could hear 30+ people out there. As a huge voyeur, it took everything in me not to take the dog out in the backyard. Anyway, a couple weeks later her dad and her came to our front door one night. He said he just found out that she had a bunch of people over drinking and everybody got naked in the pool. They were there to apologize. So she says to me that she was sorry if she kept us up and if “I saw her naked”. She sort of grinned and then looked down. I told her and her dad that we didn’t see anything and they didn’t need to apologize to me.

The next day her dad was outside and came over. He basically blamed one of her friends for being the bad apple which led to all of drinking and bad behavior. It was really his daughter but whatever. He then proceeds to ask if I really hadn’t seen anyone naked. I said my wife told me there was zero chance I was going to let the dogs out if HS girls were skinny dipping. Her dad said “well that’s too bad. Some of them have really blossomed”. I thought about that for a long time. He didn’t care if I saw his daughter naked and wanted to know if I was able to see her friends.

I tried not to judge cause it would be really hard to be constantly around your daughters friends, who were all cheerleaders or soccer players and were 15-18 years old, in bikinis or T-shirt’s and no bras. Especially since I would always cut the grass without a shirt on when they were outside in the pool. I was in my 30s and fit and loved when there balls ended up in our yard. They had 3 basketball hoops and a volleyball net in the pool. I was just hoping for some flirting or flashing. The flashing happened a few times when another girl would pull another girls top or bottom down when I was getting their ball and bringing it back. I pretended not to notice which made them try harder the next time.

Anyway, the last real encounter I had was in my garage. It was in early spring and I was getting our bikes ready to ride. I always have all the garage doors open when I am out there. She comes walking in wearing shirt baggy soccer shorts and a T-shirt with no bra. I was sitting on the ground looking up as she talked to me. I looked down and stared at her feet. When you don’t see women’s feet for 6 months it’s the equivalent of seeing a nipple to me. She noticed me staring and she took her foot out of her sandle and put it on my knee. She said “do you like my pedicure? I just got them done”. My eyes went straight from her toes up her calf and thigh. I could see up her shorts and her pink panties. I got super hard. She could see what she was doing. I stood up to get a different tool and she saw my erection and made sure I knew she saw it. She told me that I was a super cool neighbor and thanked me for not telling her dad about the skinny dipping party. Her mom drove by and pulled into their driveway. She then started to walk out of my garage and stopped to tell me that I could come over to swim anytime I wanted. She said especially when my wife was working or was out of town. I was stunned. I never explored it whatsoever but damn that was one of the hottest 15 minutes of my adult years.
