that's awesome chuckfinly, thanks for sharing. that's the kind of thing I would have done, well maybe except for the rifle scope, but I didn't have one. i would have for sure got my hands on a good pair of binoculars.
I've never had much luck seeing the neighbors.
Except, one neighbor next to ours would occasionally be topless, but wasn't that attractive. I would see her in the building next to ours and she was on the same 3rd level. So I could never see below her breasts.
Mostly though all the girls in the buildings next to mine would faithfully close their blinds.
