Those of you who've noted my contributions to the "Help ID these locations" thread will understand that my standard for verification is such that I don't (yet?) have enough to assert definitively, but I did find mention that, by 2018, Deichbrand had gender-separated facilities, such as may be seen in this attached clip, and the look of the tenting in it is consistent with pictures of the outside of the shower area, which interestingly also features fencing similar to what's in the previous and presumably older version. While many iterations of this latter type carry the description "Gerfest," it seems reasonable to think that that's not so much a specifier of any particular event as a conflation and shortening of "German festival."
