I'm not a WNBR expert, but I know that almost alway a limited supply of pics and typically no personal info on anyone at these events. However, the paint on her back says Czech Beauty so taking a wild guess she could be a Czech woman.
I was able to find a nice group of her pics for you and there are more than I expected and excellent quality. Apparently this is a World Naked Bike Ride 2021.
