From what I could hear of their conversation, I *think* the guy might have been the pantyless girl's boyfriend, but I'm not sure. He also was droning on and on about stock trading, and the two women didn't seem to be interested, but that's besides the point.
In any case, to answer your question, he wasn't sitting in a good position to see up either women's skirts. The women were facing each other, and the guy was off to the side. The women could see up each other's skirts, but the guy couldn't. He didn't seem like he had any idea that I was being treated to such a wonderful show (from both women) while he droned about those stocks, and there was no visible reaction from him at all.
