I used to not be a fan, and was against my wife having hers done, but can say if done right, if the doc has skills and you don't go cheap, then they can be great. Teardrop style, saline and under the muscle as not to lose any sensitivity. She initially thought she needed both augmenting and a lift, but the doc said since her nips still pointed straight out, she didn't need the lift. I'm so glad, because with a life comes too many scars, and up areolas, which make it obvious they were worked on.
