I've been to many nudist beaches and I have seen many erections over the years. It kind of depends on the beach you visit, some you never see ones and others you see them every time. Typically there are those beaches where men simply don't care about the state of their penis and just continue whatever they are doing. The majority of the time they lie down when having the erection or going to or from the water. Walking around long distances with an erection is unusual and I've just seen a couple if times. On those beaches where people openly have erections, nobody seems to care.
When it comes to Valalta in particular, I cannot say since I've never been there.
